The Stealth ZEN cushion & cover assembly is a skin-protection seat cushion built for Jazzy and Quantum power chairs with solid pan seating. Each size ships as a complete unit — the molded foam cushion together with its fitted cover — ready to install in place of your original Stealth seating.
With 55 size combinations to choose from, we're able to match most seat pan dimensions between 10″ and 24″. We ask that you measure carefully, both side to side and front to back, before placing your order. Several popular sizes are also available with a PM365 or PM364 mounting bracket for specific chair models — select the bracket option in the dropdown above if your chair requires one, or call us if you're not sure.
