Here is the OEM replacement front wheelchair chair caster wheel for the Drive Steel Transport, Blue Streak, Cruiser III, Silver Sport 1, Silver Sport 2, and Silver Sport Full wheelchairs. This caster wheel assembly is only compatible with the Drive Cruiser III with 3J serial numbers.

Although this item is sold individually, we recommend that you replace both wheelchair caster wheels at the same time.

My only suggestion is an asterisk on SK: D25-4185 referencing the 11mm bearing size SKU Parts number. My Silver Sport 2 required them.

Monster scooter credit my Credit Card quickly for my mistake, but a reference to the 11mm option would have eliminated the wrong choice, to begin with and the slight delay that occurred in reordering.
Very satisfied overall. Thank you.
