This is the complete wheel assembly, and includes the wheel rim, the hand rim, the aforementioned solid tire, the quick release axle, plus the spacers and hardware that holds the assembly together.

There are no bolts, nuts, or screws holding the push wheel to the frame, just the quick release push button that secures the axle in place.
