This anti-tip wheel assembly fits a wide range of Go-Go, Pride and Vive mobility scooters. Pride calls it their 2" rollerblade-style, version 2 anti-tip.

It also fits certain Mega Motion / Windermere Motion scooters, and it can be used on the Pride iRide scooter. The assembly comes complete with nut, bolt and washers.
