GMOKI-13 - Motor Fork Head for Lift Chairs with DewartOkin DeltaDrive Motors

This motor fork head fits most lift chairs that use a DewartOkin (OKIN) DeltaDrive lift motor, whether the chair was made by Golden Technologies, Pride or Mega Motion. It threads onto the pipe tube motor shaft with a left-hand (reverse, counter-clockwise) 1" M25x0.75 thread.

Note: As a safety feature, this fork head is designed to break before the motor or other lift chair parts are damaged. The most common causes are jumping on the chair or running the lift with the chair backed against a wall. If it keeps breaking, look for another problem with the chair.
