    Our brake caliper set for the Swagtron EB7 Elite Commuter electric bike comes as a pair of calipers, one for the front wheel and another for the rear. Brake calipers work on the wheel's rotor disc to ensure a smooth stop. Available with a black enamel finish, this replacement set of two brake calipers are easy to install next to the wheel. Swagtron uses different calipers on both the front and back wheels and they are not interchangeable.

    Caliper brakes are far more efficient than the drum & band brakes found on most smaller electric scooters. In addition, caliper brakes are less prone to overheating or damage during sudden stops.
