Dry Charged AGM batteries offer the following advantages over conventional batteries:

  • Once filled with the included acid pack, sealed up, and charged by the end user; the dry charged AGM battery is maintenance free, so there is no more need to fill with additional acid.
  • With no acid in the battery, dry charge batteries have a longer shelf life.
  • Once sealed, the dry charge battery will not leak, even in a horizontal or vertical position.
  • The Valve Regulated Lead-Acid (VRLA) design means one way controlled gassing during charging.
  • Packaging conforms to DOT ORM-D standards.

  • Once charged and sealed, the AGM battery requires very little maintenance, if any. The advanced technology eliminates the need to monitor and maintain water levels. The sealed design means much longer periods between charges when the battery is inactive.
