Description
Description
Are you looking for the best rubber to mount on your dirt scooter? Behold the 200x50 (8"x2") tire for the Razor Phase Two & RDS Dirt Scooters, a tire that was made just for off-road kick scooters. Razor uses this on both the front and the rear wheels of their dirt scooters, and offer it in 36 PSI, 60 PSI, 80 PSI or a 100 PSI rating.
So why does Razor make this dirt tire in two pressure ratings? The choice depends on your style. The lower pressure 80 PSI is best for soft surfaces, just like the fat tires on many popular mountain bikes. The lower pressure gives better traction on sandy, muddy, or loose gravel trails.
If you typically ride on a mix of soft terrain and harder surfaces like pavement, then the higher pressure 100 PSI tire is probably your best choice. A little thicker, a little stouter, the 100 PSI tire provides the edge with speed and maneuverability. Either way you are getting the very best rubber that was designed especially for your Razor Phase Two or RDS Dirt Scooter.
Note: If you need an inner tube for this kick scooter tire, we suggest our 200x50 (8"x2") Inner Tube for Razor Phase Two & RDS Dirt Scooters with a convenient angled valve stem.
We have been selling replacement Razor parts for years and years, before the concept of dirt scooters was ever dreamt of. Suffice it to say that we are still as excited by great innovative kick scooter items today (like these Razor dirt tires) as we were in the beginning.
