Pride Mobility calls this their 2" rollerblade-style, version 2 anti-tip; and they use it on a few Go-Go travel scooters as well. In addition to the Pride and Go-Go models, this anti-tip assembly works on the Rascal Conquest 3-Wheel (RSC103) and 4-Wheel (RSC104), as well as the Mega Motion/Windermere Motion Rascal 9 and 10 scooters.
The anti-tip assembly comes complete with nut, bolt, and washers as shown above.
