    Description
    Presenting a 24 volt 2.0 amp off-board battery charger for the Rascal AutoGo 550, AutoGo 555, and Balance 555 mobility scooters. This battery charger may look a little different than your original, but happens to be the only available replacement option at this time. Though the charging indicator light is now missing, this replacement charger will still get the job done all the same. You may also notice that the charging cord is no longer removable. To make that dangling plug a little easier on the eyes, an extra soft, cloth protective cover is included. When not charging, simply bundle the cord into the little sack, and tie it closed to prevent the dangling cord from scratching your scooter, or getting caught on your clothes or personal items.

    Please note that this battery charger is only compatible with sealed lead acid batteries and will not charge Ni-MH battery packs.

    the charger is different from the one I ordered 4 years ago. When my husband installed the new batteries, the scooter worked. We are not sure if this new charger is going to fit, but we try the charger later to see if it fits. We prefer the set-up of the current charger, but I was told this was the correct charger currently available for my scooter
