The Heavy Duty covers are made of strong 600D polyester with a PVC rubber backing, and the term "heavy duty" means just that. Stout and durable, yet still easy to get on and off your scooter. Note: If you use these covers while hauling your scooter in the back bed of an open truck, then you will need to lash it down securely. A couple of bungee cords might do the trick, but tie-down straps are even better. The bottom edge has a series of webbing loops or reinforced grommets for this. What you do not want is for the cover to go blowing around in the wind as this will cause a lot of unnecessary wear & tear on the fabric. Think of a scooter cover as an investment in your mobility scooter's service life.
