Also called the Stealth Q-back mount, the headrest mounting bracket with hardware is made especially for Quantum power chairs that use the Tru-Balance 3 seating system. Unlike many mobility seats with a headrest held onto the seatback with twin steel rods, the Stealth Q-back mount screws to the seatback and holds the sliding adjustable headrest rod.
