Our 6"x2" (150x50) Universal Anti-Tip & Caster Wheel assembly is a top-quality solid gray, ribbed tread tire mounted on a split-rim. The spacer and set of 608Z bearings are already installed.

This little wheel assembly can serve as a front or rear caster, or as an anti-tipper. The size is what makes this assembly truly universal, with a compatibility almost too extensive to begin listing. Among the veritable plethora of power chair models are numerous Jazzy models including the 614, 614HD, Quantum Q614, and many, many more. This is a very common size and style of power chair caster wheel, and has for the most part replaced the larger older style 200x50 (8" x 2" roughly) polyurethane, foam-filled, or pneumatic caster wheels.
