The shock dampener for the Quantum Q6 Edge is part of the power chair's front caster suspension system. It absorbs bumps on the front caster arm to keep the ride smooth and the chair stable. Replace it if the shock leaks, feels loose or bottoms out, or no longer rebounds smoothly.
This shock is 8" long with 10 mm ball ends and features a 60 mm stroke. It fits the Quantum Q6 Edge, Q6 Edge 2.0, Q6 Edge 2.0 X, Q6 Edge 3.0, Q6 Edge 3 Stretto, Quantum J4, and Jazzy 600 ES.
