If your Pursuit XL is malfunctioning, you may need the 180 Amp S-Drive controller for the Pride Pursuit XL (SC714).
The controller is the "electronic brain" of the scooter's operating system. S-Drive controllers are durable and dependable electronics, but a mobility scooter controller is often susceptible to moisture induced internal corrosion damage from excessive humidity, especially if stored unused for any long period. In addition, a scooter controller can be damaged by electrical shorts resulting from incorrect battery connection. Although controllers are not the least expensive of mobility scooter parts, they are usually replaced as a unit rather than repaired.
Note: This controller is serial number specific. It is only applicable on Pride Pursuit XL mobility scooters with the serial number SE813810001FV0 and after.
