Description

The Pride Mobility BAT2204837 is the factory replacement lithium battery for the Pride Pursuit 2 (SC7132) full-size mobility scooter. It is a 25.6 volt, 50 Ah lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) pack, built for Pride by Ace Battery under model number ZP21049, and it stores 1,280 watt-hours of usable energy.

The Pursuit 2 runs on one of these batteries as standard. Riders who want more range can add a second pack, and Pride rates the dual-battery setup for up to 40 miles per charge. Range depends on rider weight, terrain, tire pressure and battery condition.

The battery is fully enclosed in a rigid case with a built-in carry handle. It weighs about 23 pounds, a fraction of what a comparable lead-acid setup weighs, so lifting it in and out of the scooter is manageable. Clearly marked positive and negative terminals, plus a 4-pin and a 5-pin connector, plug straight into the Pursuit 2's factory harness. No modifications are needed.

Charge it with the Pursuit 2's 8 amp off-board charger at temperatures between 32°F and 113°F (0–45°C). The pack is UN38.3 certified and RoHS and CE compliant.
