The 3/8"-11 Nylock nut for Pride Exterior Lift, Outlander, and Power Tote Mini vehicle lifts for scooters and power chairs is generally used on the hitch assemblies.
This style nut uses a nylon insert that creates a tight fitting "lock" when the proper size bolt is threaded onto it. This makes for an extra secure fit. The 3/8"-11 lock nut features the internal nylon "lock" to keep the nut screwed down tight when vibrations might loosen a regular nut of the same thread.
