Description
The motor fork head (GMOKI-13) will fit most lift chairs with a DewartOkin DeltaDrive lift motor. This simply threads onto the pipe tube motor shaft. The fork head uses a left hand thread. Whether your chair was made by Golden Technologies, Pride, or Mega-Motion, if it uses the OKIN Delta Drive it probably uses this fork head.
Note: As a safety feature, this fork head has been designed to break before allowing damage to be done to the motor or other lift chair parts. The most common causes for this are jumping on the chair or trying to operate the lift function with the chair backed against a wall.
