Description

Our 48 volt 2.0 amp 3-prong AGM battery charger for the MotoTec Drifter Electric Drift Trike is a direct replacement for the charger that came with your trike. It charges the Drifter's 48 volt sealed lead acid (AGM) battery pack at up to 57.6 volts, the maximum charge voltage for a 48 volt AGM system, and plugs into the trike's 3-prong charging port with a threaded locking collar.

The charger has a red and green LED that shows charge status: red while charging, and green when the battery is full. The AC cord is detachable and works on 100–240 VAC.

This charger is for lead acid (AGM) battery packs only. It is not for lithium versions of the Drifter.

For longer life of your charger, handle it carefully and store it in a safe, dry place when not in use. Electric trikes are used outdoors, and the electronics in a charger often can't survive a drop on concrete or asphalt.
