You can save yourself some money by ordering this used 8"x2" (200x50) front caster wheel for the Quickie Pulse 6 power chair. This is the same ribbed tread gray flat-free (i.e., worry-free) tire and wheel assembly as would come on a brand new Quickie, it has just been rolled over the floor a few times.
This wheel assembly came off of a gently-used, pre-owned Pulse 6 power chair, and it still has lots & lots of hard use left in it.
