This clover leaf seat base platform fits the Jazzy Select, Jazzy Select 6, Jet 1 and Jet 3 power chairs. It comes complete with the seat release lever, lever spring and nuts.
This design is used with the 1" clover leaf style seat post.
To save money, you can buy the steel Seat Base with Leg Rest Receiver for Jet Power Chairs without the lever.
