Perfect for repairing or rebuilding the motor on your Sunfire power chair, Daytona, and Phoenix HD scooters. We offer this set of two motor brushes for the Drive Medical Sunfire, Daytona 3 and Daytona 4 Series.

Motor brushes are a very simple but vital part of an electric scooter's direct current (DC) motor system. Composed of highly compressed graphite powder and copper wiring, this motor brush is made to exacting tolerances.

Note: Motor brushes should always be replaced in pairs. This item is for one pair of two brushes.

These motor brushes are for a Drive Medical PhoenixHD4. After not finding brushes on the Monster website I contacted them. Customer service was very good, getting back to me in a day to let me know these brushes would work. Once they sent me the part number I checked with Drive Medical, all good and I placed my order. All this for a $30 sale, nice. I have not installed the brushes, after owning my scooter for more then two years I wanted an extra set of brushes in case one broke, but they are a perfect match. For those that don't know you can change the motor brushes with a straight blade screwdriver, or even a coin. Thanks Monster Part, I would use them again for my scooter.
