Dynamic Shark joystick remote used with a variety of Golden Technologies, Jazzy, Merits, Pride, PaceSaver, and other brands of power chairs. Please check our compatibility list to see the scooter models with known compatibility with the Shark.
The 4 key and 5 key versions of the Dynamic Shark joystick controller can also be identified based on the model number of the joystick controller. The model number is identified on a small label on the bottom of the joystick controller. However, you will need to remove the joystick controller from the mount to see this label.
The two available model numbers are as follows:
DK-REMD01: 4 keys; basic drive controls only
DK-REMD11: 5 keys; basic drive controls + 2 actuators for power seating
The Dynamic Shark DK-REMD is a stylish and modern joystick remote that is simple to use. Key features include virtual speed pot technology, circular speedometer, and field replaceable bus cables.Unlike other "joystick controllers," the Dynamic Shark is technically a "joystick remote" due to the fact that it is used in conjunction with a separate Shark power module.
As great as these Dynamic Shark joystick remotes are, we make them even better by offering them either with, or without, the optional protective bumper. Designed by Dynamic especially for their Shark, this protective bumper slips easily and snugly onto the Shark's case and like a suit of armor it shields the joystick against unexpected bumps, scrapes, scratches, and other hazards of daily use.

If you purchase the 4-key Shark (DK-REMD01) - MBC-DYNSJ1 as a replacement, you will also need the 60 Amp DK-PMB60 Dynamic Shark Power Module (Controller), as well as a Dynamic Shark Bus Cable.
