This fully adjustable clamp will let you mount just about anything to your handlebar, tiller, or tubular frame.

The clamp is actually two clamps joined together, you can pivot the two to any degree of angle you want. Just loosen the central screw and reposition the clamps 90 degrees, 45 degrees, or at any angle you want.
