I panicked when mt lift chair would not go down. I have a surgery coming and really need my chair.Fortunately it was the remote that needed replacing. We received it quickly. My husband plugged it in & voila a new chair again! My chair was purchased in 2010. The mechanisms & upolstery is gorgeous. Thank goodness it all worked out. Now on to shoulder surgery!
