ELEASMB7120009 / HSW208C - 6-Button Lift Chair Remote Hand Control for the Pride LC521, LC525, LC576, and LC580 Power Recliners (Made Before October 24, 2013)

Get your Pride lift chair working again with this genuine Pride Mobility 6-button hand control (ELEASMB7120009, model HSW208C). It's the original remote for Pride Infinity, Oasis, and Specialty chairs built before October 24, 2013, with a black body, gray symbol-only buttons, and a 5-pin connector that plugs straight into the chair.

The six buttons work in three pairs: Comfort (sit and stand), Backrest (recline and incline), and Footrest (raise and lower). On most chairs the remote plugs into the motor under the seat or a junction box on the frame; if your chair has an extension cable, it plugs into that instead. Unplug the chair from the wall before connecting or disconnecting the remote.

Matching control box: This remote pairs with the ELEASMB6237 Motor Control Box (FBS CM105C), and it's the only remote that control box works with. If a new remote doesn't fix your chair, the control box may be the problem.

Important: This hand control fits the models below only if the chair was built before day 297 of 2013 (October 24, 2013). To check, look at your chair's serial number: the 4th through 6th characters are the day of the year and the next two are the year. For example, LE329713126S20 was built on day 297 of 2013. You can also check your old remote: this version has a 5-wire cord and a serial number starting with "HC".
