Sometimes called tire spoons, tire levers are an essential installation tool for changing bike tires. We offer this set of three metal scooter and bike tire levers to help turn a frustrating and knuckle-skinning chore into a quick job. Like a trio of miniature crowbars, these metal levers are a must-have accessory tool.
We recommend using all three tire levers at a time - two to hold the rubber bead away from the rim and one to circle around the rim to remove the tire. The spoon end is curved to better get inserted between the rim and the bead. The other end has a hook that fits around a spoke to keep the tire bead and the rim separated.
