If you have a Jazzy Select or Select 6 power chair, you know just how important those caster forks are. If they are bent, rusty or worse, it means a very unsafe ride. With the fork and stem assembly, you can quickly get them looking brand new again.
This fork and stem assembly comes with the axle bolt and nut.
