Description
Replace the worn front or rear caster on a Jazzy EVO 614 or EVO 614HD with the OEM 6" wheel. This is Pride part WHL2007128: a black 5-spoke rim with a black solid, ribbed tire. Bearings come installed so it bolts onto the chair’s existing caster fork.
The same wheel is used at all four caster positions. Most EVO 614 and EVO 614HD chairs take four of these. Order the quantity you need; this listing is for one wheel.
