• This kit replaces the 4-prong joystick remote, serial number D51157 (CTLDC1574). It does not replace the original 3-prong GC joystick remote, serial number D50901 (CTLDC1461). Please note that the 3-prong version has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.
• Certain models of Jazzy Select, Select 6, and Select 6 Ultra power chairs use a GC joystick remote with a 3-prong connector.
• Other Jazzy Select and Select GT models use a GC joystick remote with a 4-prong connector.
• On the Go-Chair, this kit fits chairs built in 2016 and later (serial numbers beginning JE1). Some Go-Chair MED and Jazzy Select Traveller chairs in earlier serial ranges use the older GC electronics, so check your joystick's connector and serial number before ordering.
