Jazzy 614 HD Parts

This page carries replacement parts for the Jazzy 614 HD power chair. The 614 HD uses the BATLIQ1018 24 volt 22NF (55 Ah) battery pack, with a 60 Ah gel option. It charges with a 24 volt 5.0 amp charger such as the XLR 24BC5000T-4. Its drive wheels are 14"x3" (3.00-8). The WHLASMB1811 flat-free assembly, drive wheel nut kit, and battery harness are shared with the Jazzy 614 and Quantum Q614. Caster and barrel assemblies are sold by position, so note which corner you need. Your model number is on the frame label, usually under the seat.
