The rear wheel mounting hardware set for the J6, Jazzy 600, Select 14, Select HD, and Pride TSS450 power chairs is all of the parts that you will need to get that rear wheel up tight onto you Jazzy's rear axle. This hardware kit includes one M10-1.25 lock nut, the serrated flat washer, and an axle key.
Note: This hardware kit only works on the Jazzy chairs with a Chiaphua Components Limited (CCL) motor.
