Large Weatherproof Cover for Power Chairs

These covers are perfectly sized to fit most larger power chairs with an unattached headrest. With 44" of length, 23" across, and 38" high, your chair is very well protected. Please note that if your power chair has an extended headrest assembly, you will want the 48" high X-Large Weatherproof Cover. Please measure the distance between the floor and the top of your seat back or headrest before ordering to ensure receiving the correct cover.

Our Standard covers are made of black 400-denier nylon with urethane backing, and although relatively lightweight, they are durable and easy to get on and off your chair. 

The Heavy Duty covers are made of strong 600D polyester with a PVC rubber backing, and the term "heavy duty" means just that. Stout and durable, yet still easy to get on and off your power chair. These covers are very superior to the lightweight blue tarps that always get ripped and blown away in the wind.

Weatherproof vs Waterproof? - Weatherproof means it is resistant to harsh weather conditions such as UV rays from sun, precipitation, and wind. Waterproof means it is impervious to water but will break down when exposed to UV rays.

Both our covers are ideal for daily protection from elements. Weatherproof means this is water resistant and not waterproof, so we recommend not allowing water to pool on cover.

Note: If you use these covers while hauling your power chair on a vehicle rack or in the back bed of an open truck, then you will need to lash it down securely. A couple of bungee cords might do the trick, but tie-down straps are even better. The bottom edge has a series of webbing loops or reinforced grommets for this. What you do not want is for the cover to go blowing around in the wind as this will cause a lot of unnecessary wear & tear on the fabric.
