24 Volt 4.0 Amp XLR HP8204B Battery Charger

Soooooo… after ten years of daily service my old charger started acting out. Time to get a new one. The old unit came from Monster, so I just went back to the them for the replacement. The price was much cheaper than I could buy it locally and delivery was prompt. Great deal.
So, all is good, I take it to the factory and plug my scooter in. After a quicker than lately time the light goes green and I go to unplug the unit. It was hot enough to bake cookies with. Yikes! After blowing some air through the unit to cool it down, I studied the new unit only to realize than it was built with a fan motor, but no fan blade. Wow, the unit works perfect though lol. A call to Monster got me a nice young lady rep (sorry I don’t recall the name, but you were awesome) and she said she would see about fixing me up. The young lady put me on hold for a somewhat long time, but when she came back on the line she said they were sending me a replacement unit and that the delay was because she and her supervisor went out into the warehouse, pulled my replacement unit from stock and personally inspected the new Unit did indeed have a cooling fan in the window. That’s outstanding effort and my replacement unit arrived in four days (Co to Tx) with no further cost to me. While the problem I had was distressing, the outcome was exactly what I’ve come to expect from Monster. Thank you to the staff and I will be back again. Oh! and the replacement unit works perfect and stays completely cool.

I have been using the charger it’s faster than my old one I mounted it to the machin so I can plug in charge wherever I go thank you

Delivery quicker than predicted. My wheelchair charged so quickly. I am very pleased.
