    The rear fender assembly for the Hover-1 Rally electric scooter does more than just keeps the water and mud from being thrown up by the rear wheel assembly. This scooter fender is also an important part of the rear brake system. Push your foot down on the black plastic fender and it presses the rear brake shoe against the turning wheel.
