    Description
    The LCD top console display for the Hover-1 Rally electric scooter is the instrument cluster that puts all of the necessary data right up front. This electronic display shows the Rally's speed level, current speed, battery level, and power function. All are together in a 2-5/8 black plastic unit that mounts atop the handlebar stem.

    This instrument cluster is an easy-to-install component with six wires and two plug-in connectors. Simply remove your old unit and put this one in its place.
