    Description

    The folding latch for the Hover-1 Alpha folding electric scooter is a handy spring-loaded device mounted on the left side of the handlebar just inboard of the brake lever and bell. The latch grabs the hook on the rear fender allowing the handlebar stem to be used as a carry handle or just folded down for transport or storage.
