Description

If the 2-button pendant on your Golden lift chair no longer responds or the buttons have worn out, this genuine ZK1200-HC hand control is the replacement.

Two large buttons handle lift and recline — there is nothing else to learn, which is the point. A built-in USB port lets you charge a phone or e-reader from the chair, and the 5-pin connector matches the original wiring harness.

Before you order, check two things. First, this control does not work on Golden's AutoDrive or MaxiComfort chairs — those use different pendants entirely. Second, unplug your current control and confirm it has a 5-pin connector. It fits select Golden models including the Traditional Cambridge (PR401), Value Monarch (PR355) and Comforter (PR501); see the Compatibility tab below for the full list.

Installation is straightforward: unplug the old control from the port on the chair and plug the new one in. No special tools required.

I wasn’t sure if I had ordered the right one since the chair was given to me but it worked and I have my favorite chair again. Service was fast and the photos of replacement parts were clear. I had my remote in less than two weeks. I did not use express shipping either.

It's great to know you can get replacement parts my mom lives in her recliner it's her chair and bed

It's great to know you can get replacement parts my mom lives in her recliner it's her chair and bed,and when the remote went bad we were able to get the exact remote! The only bad part was the xtra shipping cost we got it in 5 days with a around 10 shipping cost,but if you wanted it faster it was around $27
