If the hand control on your Golden Technologies lift chair has stopped responding, sticks between positions, or has worn or cracked buttons, this genuine ZKAD-1 AutoDrive hand control is the correct replacement.
The AutoDrive system is Golden's premium control. Instead of holding a button and guessing, you press one and the chair drives itself into a saved position. This remote gives you dedicated buttons for the Total Comfort, TV Watching, Zero Gravity and Lift positions, plus a memory button you can program to whatever position you sit in most.
Before you order, check two things. First, confirm your chair actually uses the AutoDrive system — Golden also builds MaxiComfort chairs with standard two-button and three-button hand controls, and those use different part numbers. Second, unplug your current hand control and count the pins on the connector. This ZKAD-1 uses a 5-pin connector, and it was only fitted to certain Golden Maxi Comfort models. Installation is straightforward: unplug the old control from the port on the chair and plug the new one in. No tools required.
