Description

Golden’s later “new-style” off-board charger for Buzzaround and LiteRider travel scooters and power chairs with AGM batteries. 24 volt, 2.0 amp, XLR plug. Charge the pack on or off the scooter through the XLR port.

Do not use this on lithium Buzzaround/LiteRider models, or on an early GB101 with batteries in a fabric bag. That scooter needs the onboard soft-pack charger.

LED status: red = power on, red/green = charging, green = charged.

FAQs for this product:

Will this charge a Golden Buzzaround CarryOn (GB120)?
No. The GB120 uses a lithium pack and needs the 29.4V lithium charger. This unit is for AGM / SLA off-board Buzzaround and LiteRider models only.

Will it work on an early GB101 with batteries in a fabric bag?
No. That scooter uses the onboard soft-pack charger, not this off-board XLR unit.

What batteries can I use it on?
12 Ah, 15 Ah, 18 Ah, and 22 Ah AGM / SLA packs with an off-board XLR port. Do not use it on lithium.

What do the lights mean?
Red = power on. Red/green = charging. Green = charged.

The ground plug broke off from the power cord so I replaced the power cord, then I dropped the charger and needed to replace it. It works great.
