The lower dashboard console for the Golden Buzzaround LT (GB107D) and Buzzaround XL 4 (GB146) serves more purpose than just looking good. If the shroud becomes cracked or worse, all the precious electronic workings of your scooter are now susceptible to dirt and moisture. This panel (or "lower console") mounts up under the tiller's top console and it holds the throttle potentiometer and lever in place.
