Where do I find it?

Look for a sticker marked S/N or Serial. It is the scooter's own serial number, not the part number printed on the part you are replacing.

Scooters: under the floor mat, on the battery box, on the seat post, or on the charger, depending on the model.

Power chair or lift chair instead?
