1-1/2" (37-1/2 mm) Starter Pawl

Here is an interesting little item; a 1-1/2" (37-1/2 mm) starter pawl. It is dimensionally identical to our Starter Pawl for the 49cc Series 3 Pocket Bike Pull Start, but instead of the simple round hole, it has a nut-like projection with 3/8" (9 mm) threads. Please look at the photographs carefully to see the configuration.

Pull start units are one of the most dependable ignition systems ever invented for gas engines, but the pawls can wear out after a lot of hard use.
