Description
Our antenna and whip light mounting bracket for go-karts and dune buggies is the go-kart accessory that you need for mounting radio antennas, accessory lights, flags, and a lot more. This is the same clamp that we include as an option with our 48" Multicolor LED Whip Light for Go-Karts & Dune Buggies.
Simple in concept and quick to install, this heavy-duty 2-part alloy bracket clamps onto your buggy or kart's tubular frame. There is a pair of rubber inserts that allow mounting on any round frame tubing from 1-1/2" to 2" diameter. This lets you tighten the bracket to the frame good & snug. The two sides of the bracket are held together with a pair of Allen head machine screws, and thew correct size Allen wrench is included.
If your antenna or accessory whip light uses a threaded base with a nut, just install the bracket and slip the threaded end of your antenna through the 1/2" aperture and tighten it down.
Note: Many vehicle radio antennas use a coaxial connector. If yours does not, it may be necessary to cut & splice the wiring.
