Description

This complete motor and electromagnetic brake assembly with power connector fits the Pride Mobility Go-Go Elite Traveller (SC40E/SC44E) and Go-Go Ultra X (SC40X/SC44X) travel mobility scooters. It is a direct replacement for the original Pride drive motor (DRVASMB1976), so it bolts in and plugs in like the factory part, with no splicing or modification.

The 24 volt 10 watt assembly comes ready to install with the Warner Electric brake pre-mounted, 4 plug-in connectors and a factory-style power connector. It weighs 5.85 lbs.

Signs you may need a new motor and brake:

  • Scooter won't move even though the batteries are fully charged
  • Grinding, whining or clicking from the rear of the scooter
  • Brake won't release, or the scooter rolls when it should hold
  • Jerky, hesitant or weak driving, especially on inclines

Great service. The new motor help to get the scooter back on the road. It is unfortunate that it is not possible to replace e the terminal pins separately as it is a shame to replace the whole motor for a simple pin.
