Caster Fork Assembly for the Go-Go Go-Chair

Here are the caster fork assemblies for the Go-Go Go-Chair. The fork includes the washers, and the nut.

Note: These casters are not the same for either side, and they are not interchangeable from side to side.

Applicable to serial number J6615907034C30 and after, but Pride Mobility says that these caster forks will retrofit on earlier models.
