If your scooter's tiller no longer turns easily you may be in need of some new steering bearings. Our tiller bearing set for ActiveCare and Drive Medical Pilot, Prowler, & Spitfire scooters is an assembly of necessary parts that allows the scooter's tiller to turn.

Also known as the headset bearings, this essential bearing set is compatible with the ActiveCare Prowler 3410, the Drive Medical Spitfire EX 1320 / 1420, ActiveCare Medical Spitfire 1310, ActiveCare Medical Spitfire 1410, ActiveCare Medical Pilot 2310, ActiveCare Medical Pilot 2410, and Drive Medical Spitfire EX2. In addition, Drive Medical also uses this same bearing set for the caster fork stems on the Titan power chair.

This set includes the hex nut, the ball bearings, and bearing race. Your bearings could need to be replaced for various reasons, including general wear and tear on your scooter, decreased steering motion, or even losing the ball bearings.
