The 6" front/rear caster wheel assembly for the Drive Medical R800 rollator is the same for all four caster positions. This means that the same caster can go on the front or the back; on the left side or the right.

Note: This item is serial number specific. Drive Medical states that this wheel is only compatible with R800 rollators having a serial number 2F1909000001 or after.
