The upper tiller cover for the Drive Medical Phoenix Series mobility scooters may also be known as the console cover. This is the black plastic shroud which houses and protects the internal electronics.

Please note that this is just the cover piece and no electronics are included. Drive Medical uses this same item on all three of their Phoenix series scooters.
