Here is the rear wheelchair wheel assembly for the Drive lue Streak, Chrome Sport, Cruiser III, Silver Sport 1, & Silver Sport 2 wheelchairs. This wheel comes complete with a pair of pre-installed modified 6202Z bearings and a spacer.
